Without removing the valve and all of the extra hose along with all tyres deflating through the 1 and only valve. That would take ages. Quicker to deflate the tyres 1 at a time. Inflation might be ok but certainly not deflation.

Bought this and my digital gauge is cooked, keeps displaying OP or the counter keeps climbing even when nothing is connected to it
why can't you show the inflation?

Yeh doesn’t work, DOA, and heaps of hoops required to get any help with it, don’t waste your money
