Car registrations are meant to be seen, what if you had a pen and paper and wrote their registrations down? People filmed me at work all the time, on occassions there were crowds of people lined up at the fence with all sorts of cameras snapping away making notes.

Whenever they take photos, ask them for their data protection officers email, in order that you can obtain copies of your data and the lawful reason a random empoyee is taking your picture and to understand how the company is protecting your personal data as a data handler.

I do have a question, for my work can I use the DJI 3 pro for commercial use, for example checking clients roofs and guttering.
We should start calling these companies asking permission to fly our 747 over their property because it's on route and flying around their property and theirs alone would require a wingover that passengers would not be pleased with.
Why do most people believe photography is illegal. Are they ashamed for neighbours and friends to find out they work here.

Interfering with a drone flight may also be an offence under Article 240 of the Air Navigation Order in endangering the aircraft (it does not matter that it is unmanned).
I know sometimes the night shots aren't as good because of their lighting, day looks nice though 😂 many thanks for watching

To the shift manager if you do see this video and are really serious about getting a drone for yourself (please learn the rules and regulations on flying one first,and yes they can go far please find out what vlos means and its a good hobby or maybe a work tool).And if used properly its a great thing to own.

Same old problem, they approach you in a public place and then get irritated because you are filming them. Perhaps a slightly firmer response is needed, something along the lines of, If you don't want to be filmed don't approach people in public places who are clearly filming. In this particular instance I'm sure their workplace is not on the grass verge 2 inches from a public footpath.
It is very worrying that so many companies employ seemingly stupid people. Let's hope they see the video and realise just how stupid their arguments are.

Gives them the impression that it's not viewed by tens of thousands of people and might make them come to some understanding of the point of the video.
