      Curry could be interesting, because it's usually done with the pre-packaged bouillon cubes, so seeing a healthier take on it could make for a fine video, I think.

    I’m amazed more cooking channels don’t have the chef sit down and enjoy their creations afterwards. Though I’ll admit, I’m ludicrously envious every time. The tempura looked like perfection mate!

    I really appreciate the healthier version! I did something like that before with other food, there really is no need to use half a bottle of oil or 5 tablespoons to fry things

    Ryosuke, thank you for making videos. You make what seem like super complicated and intimidating dishes simple and easy to understand. I honestly can't wait to try cooking Konkatsu and Gyudon myself! Not to mention your calm music and cheery attitude make the watcher feel relaxed and welcome.     I love watching you recipe videos, whenever I can, I try to make them myself and they come out really well! Not only are these videos informative but Ryosuke seems like such a kind person and it’s such a pleasure to watch him cook.
    Oh one more thing I’ve been my own version of your Tonkatsu and it’s one of my favorite favorite dishes to eat & make!

    The tempura looked amazing and light! Minimizing the focus on meats in favor of veggies is really nice and authentic. Seeing your take on a few different udon bowls would be heavenly, I know you'd do something amazing.
