- This meditation is designed to connect your energy to the Crystal Ray. The Crystal Ray is an etheric light of the higher heavenly dimensions. Its role on Earth is to increase our sensitivity to compassion and love for ourselves and for all beings.
Many of the children being born today on this planet incarnate through the Crystal Ray. These children are highly spiritually sensitive and in tune with their heart's true spiritual form of pure compassionate love. These children are known as the crystal children. Their purpose on Earth is to increase universal love and compassion within the human race, thereby strengthening the experience of world peace for all. You don't have to be born with this energy in order to experience it for yourself. The crystal children are here to help all of us to be connected with the crystal ray, and to become a more heart-centered and universally loving race of beings.

I was all curled n snuggled up in Ahba's arms when my conkshell purple hair do floated into the pure white light above ad within and I was so so comfy it was sad to leave so Soo..kinda resisted lol them yeah I know we're not done yet..headed out to continue the job.w new found compassion 😂so needed that😍thx!

Sarah, this was a very powerful mediation. During this and other guided meditations, my toxic ex girlfriend keeps showing up. It's always very positive and she's no longer "damaged." It often makes me think I should forgive her and give her another chance. Could this new version of her be real in some kind of spiritual way and it's telling me to reach out?

I love your words but the music dominated too much for me and at one stage at about 9 mins something that sounded like a seagull jolted me awake. I would love this more if the music was quieter and not competing with your voice.
