@@thedinnerlady9180 I really did x, I always enjoy watching and the food just takes me back to the day when home cooking was the one of the best things to look forward to each day (I have always loved cooking). Your videos bring back so many great times cooking with family when I was younger and the type of foods we experimented with. Wholesome, tasty home cooked food and plenty of recipe ideas for me to get back into it. So honestly... thank you x
Hi Mand, I watched from your early days, can I ask you go back to basic homemade family recipes. not everyone after Christmas goes on a diet of one kind or another!!. I just love in the winter month of January wholesome family cooking which you were known for.
Oh wow, Mand. I have never seen this dish being made before but it looks absolutely delicious. Oh and that fire alarm, haha. Good on both you and Ian for trying out the smaller portion sizes. Keep up the fantastic work! xx
I wasn’t going to watch your channel for a while cos after Christmas I decided to cut down carbs! What a surprise I got today (couldn’t resist having a peep to see what you were doing) and to my delight your doing low carb delicious recipes 😊 I’m in Australia and it’s extremely hot at the moment so won’t do the soups yet, but I will go back to them in a few months when the weather cools down x
I love curry,,,was taught by an Indian lady in Durban,,,all my friends ask for the recipe but say theirs never tastes like mine,,,l think I'll do curry tomorrow and have a few friends round,,,enjoy yours,,❤
How long can you leave cheese in the freezer for love I didn’t even you could freeze it try adding a spoon full of ground masala to it just gives it a kick 👍🏻
The curry looks beautiful :) If Beddy is feeling a bit deprived while he is starting to loose weight, here are some tips that might help if he's interested. Take advantage of the feeling of fullness that comes from soup broth. It's a great way to start a meal. Fill up on veggies. Raw celery, peppers, carrots, cucumber, etc., make good snack food and have almost no calories. Enjoy dips such as hummus, which packs a nice protein hit, and salsa which is flavourful and low cal. Baked potatoes are a very filling side dish, are packed with nutrients, but are low calory as long as you don't load them up. Drink lots of water. For the sweet tooth, reach for fresh fruit. Apples, for instance, give a great energy boost, are full of fibre, and make you feel satisfied. Crunchy foods boost serotonin. Rice cakes, for instance, are great with a bit of peanut butter. Cottage cheese, plain yogurt, avocado, as well as nuts and seeds (in moderation) are also very satisfying. Best of luck!
Pretty good tucker Amanda I'm on to it TY mate. I got my cayenne and jalapeno sauce done today. tell Ian it will be about 4 weeks before I start drying the chillis for powder thanks .
Looks nice, my preference is mince (keema) and egg with spuds (aloo) together. Hope you enjoyed it. Make sure you have all your ingredients for a recipe to boost your channel too.

Try Cauliflower rice! No carbs, and an extra veg. It's a nice replacement for rice.

After watching today's amazing dish I think the BEEP from the fire alarm is quite a nice distraction from Beddys ass gass😂🔥☢☣
beep
Smoke detectors can’t tell the difference between smoke and steam!
😂 😂
I've sorted it now👍
Top Man!!!!!!
cutting out food doesn't do a god damn thing....just cut down on the fatty foods & EXCERCISE.....EXCERCISE.....simple
Amen, I'm tired of Christmas and New Year is over, lets diet .... no just eat less of what you would normally and exercise more.

Those knives need a good sharpening, it looked like it was going through 10 rounds with Mike Tyson trying to halve that shallot.
looks good but i would prefer chicken rather than egg
