I grew up in Tallahassee, FL and I would never want to raise kids there lol there's a reason the property value is less anywhere North of Orlando.

Tallahassee is a blue city with a crime rate higher than Miami, Jacksonville, or Tampa. Also, mail is not reliable in Tallahassee.
