Interesting. People who comment love this place. The reality is that it is grotesque. Ugly grotesque inside and outside. There is nothing cozy and comforting inside. And the outside is downright laughable. Plus, the reality is that it sits in the middle of a hot, humid, buggy, snake-infested climate that is intolerable from June through August and depressingly gloomy from November through March. October would be okay, but only because of fall colors. So if you are down about never being able to afford this monster, don't be. Be grateful that you have nothing to do with it.

0:58 The biggest problem in my opinion with Panama City Beach is that since hurricane Michael in 2018, they have built massive apartment complexes that look nice, but their sole purpose is to provide a place for cheap labor and low rent people to live, and there's so many of them that the beach is overcrowded now, and you see a lot of out of state license plates on vehicles parked at these apartment complexes, and a lot of them can't drive for s***, car accidents have increased, and there's a lot of reckless driving and bobbing and weaving in and out of traffic on Panama City Beach parkway. It sucks that some rich f**** in the name of development have ruined the beach, and I've lived here since 1998 on Panama City Beach, not in Panama City like the guy that made this video.

Just moved out of Springfield back to Ozark after 5 years. I have been in Missouri 10 yrs now. I prefer Ozark...but we really need another grocery store off Hwy J. I hate the cost of utems at Price Shudder., I usually go to Harter House or Walmart Neighborhood market off Sunshine.

Hi, It seems you neglected to mention perhaps $6,000 for property tax and another $5,000 for required flood insurance for a nice 3 BR/3Bath house in zip code 33908. Here in Nevada I pay about $730 for homeowners insurance and no flood insurance. Also, annual property tax here I pay about $2800 but I'm told to expect several times that in Florida, even after a homestead exemption. I think you're misleading people a bit. I'd like to move there but in addition to those items, auto insurance appears to be higher, and HOA fees are higher. Very Expensive to live in your area compared to Las Vegas or Reno.

I doubt the bedroom or living room module will cost the same as a full casita that has a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. So if you order 2 additionals rooms, they should be a lot cheaper than the loaded 60k version.

The west end of Milton is a very good place to live, towards Pace, we found a great house 3/2, newly remodeled for $ 116, in 2018. Never looked back !!
