This book was probably the best one I read in the last couple years. I read some of Donald Miller's others, but this was the best in my opinion. I highly recommend the audible version of it.
I’d describe this book as marketing through tactical empathy. Letting the customer know, you know their struggles/wants and have a unique solution catered just for them.

This is good, and it's relevant, what I struggle with is, convert it into an example. Aka, Blockbuster BLEW IT. They let Netflix, kill them. How does it translate. Aka, give me an example of a brand that set the example of how, to do all three things, so I can real life this. Thanks.
Businesses are just a collection of individuals. Sure, they might act a little more rational than your average consumer, but at the end of the day, a strong, compelling message and the quality product/service to back it up is all you need
