I have a tip for people attempting this. They will attack armor stands. Also if you build a 2 by 2 tunnel 16 blocks long with three blocks a the end for you to dodge, you put a goat in there and don’t move they will charge and you can easily dodge and farm goat horns

If you got them from Outposts it's very likely that that's the only horn that spawns in the outposts, as that's the exact same sound Pillagers make when invading villages.
No, it isn't. You'll be able to tell with the goats. The screaming goats make a different sound all the time. With minecraft there isn't any subtlety, it will be obvious. It'll just be tricky if you have a lot of goats.

The major difference is the horn they drop : the normal horns being the only ones you can get from pillagers outpost chest. The screamer goat horns are the ones that creates unique sounds

There is *not* a 100% chance to spawn a horn in a pillager outpost.
There is 100%. For it to be there it has to be an outpost that hasn't been loaded before.

You make them run into the block by standing still and waiting for them to ram you. When they try to ram you just move.

@@RajCraft The problem was with the Floor, the goat didn't charge at me because the Floor was made out of cobblestone.
