Does it have a religion? I believe that this country does not have a religion. Through 22 January, does this government want to give a message that one religion triumphed over another? What message do you give to the 17 crore Muslims in the country?...Am I a spokesperson of Babar, Jinnah or Aurangzeb?...I respect Lord Ram but I hate Nathuram Godse because he killed the person whose last words were ‘Hey Ram’.”

Good or bad, Owaisi being ferocious in Parliament is a symbol of democracy. Agree or disagree but parliament is a podium to voice opinion of the people the MPs represents. And based on that SC ruled that there will be Ram temple to be built there. Only some left-Historians, like Romila Thapar, tried to distort the history based on some false thesis, said there was no temple.

Owaisi's knowledge is vast and precise. Only a stubborn will not accept his statement based on history and facts.
Owaisi and Tharoor are two people who exemplify responsible criticism. I do not agree with many of his statements, however, I have tremendous respect for him as a representative of people of India. If I were in his constituency, I would vote for him.
You might also want to vote for his brother Akbaruddin Owaisi who is the right hand man of Asaduddin and his statements range from, borderline genocide of Hindus to Islamic Supremacy. You should also see some of Asaduddin's own speeches to his constituents which are full of crass and rude language used against other people of other religions and are indicative of hate speech. His legal persona in the Parliament and his persona amongst his own people which thrives on religious jingoistic politics are two different people but not mutually exclusive as at the end of the day, AIMIM is the successor party to MIM which advocated for Hyderabad to remain an independent Muslim State and utilized Razakar Militias to terrorize the local Hindu population which for centuries had been designated as peasant laborers serving their feudal Nizam Landowning masters.
He belongs to the same party which said openly to give them 15 min without police force and they will show might of their party and religion. Such people are our elected representatives and we support their thoughts by voting them . That's pity of this nation.

I have just read the official judgement of this case which is of 1045 pages. I have found out that on page 906 and 907 it is clearly stated that the ASI report does not conclude that the remnants of the pre existing structure were used for the purpose of constructing the
mosque and also that there is a time gap of about four centuries between the
date of the underlying structure and the construction of the mosque so No evidence is available to explain what transpired in the course of the intervening period of nearly four centuries.
lastly it is stated in the end on page that the decision solely based on faith and beliefs proven by documentary..... but the documentary does not say so.

The speaker is totally wrong. The ASI never stated that there was a Ram Mandir before a Masjid was built. It clearly stated, 'a temple like structure'. A temple can be of Hindu gods like Shiva, Ram, Balaji or it can be even Buddhist or Jain temple. ASI could not clearly conclude it was a Ram mandir, this was Nirmohi Akhada who started spreading their assumption that there was a Ram Mandir and it was a birth place of Ram.
But it was a dharmic structure and Islamic structure built over it was built by destroying that dharmic structure.

Supreme court said there's no conclusive evidence to prove that a temple was demolished to construct a mosque. But it also said that there's more than enough evidence to prove that mosque was built on the remnants of a temple or Jain architecture.
SC went on that say that "mosque wasn't built on a vacant land but rather on a already existing architecture of Hindu or Jain. Was the architecture demolished for construction? We don't know. Was the temple naturally fell due to may be an earthquake? We don't know. But who knows for sure? The person who built a mosque there.
So going by the circumstantial evidence, Historical accounts and beliefs of people Supreme court did a reasonable thing.
Sure 1992 demolition of mosque was wrong and it should not have happened. But the fact it has happened. We can't change that. Punishing those responsible should be done.
Example: In mediaeval times, There's a cat locked in a room with a bowl of milk. After 1hr, milk got disappeared but Nobody entered the room. How did the milk disappear? Did the cat drink? Cat asks "do you have any proof or eye witness that I drank the milk?" If no, then I didn't drink as there's no conclusive evidence. Law works like that. Circumstantial evidence is considered then to say that cat drank the milk.
Likewise, why the hell would anyone construct a mosque on remnants of temple? Wasn't vacant land available in 1520's?

Owaisi lacks good communication skills. He comes with a set of papers with talking points, tries to read through each of them and in the process rushing through them. He spends a lot of time looking into the paper, where the audience gets disconnected to him personally. He also tries to make legal points in a hurry which are too technical. He sometimes also quotes couplets in Urdu without explaining them.
In contrast, Modi does not refer to a piece of paper, has a few talking points, speaks from his mind on the spot, and focuses on quality instead of quantity.
