Have you noticed an issue with IAT's in the summer? Im stuck between the S&B the b woody and jmb, however the B woody does have to have a iat harness to over ride any warnings for stop and go traffic in texas summers. Does the heat shield help with the iat issues and does it help with more cooler( ish ) air going to the engine?

So I’ve seen the intake temps get really high on the plastics . My hellcat has a great intake non metal and the intake temps are high all the time 120 plus .. this intake is not for performance imo just more noise .. but in the cooler days it’s the opposite .. the metal makes it super cold

That intake is bad news liability. First, it's too heavy. Second p-flow on a trx? That's gross. This ain't no 4 banger. It's a downgrade. I doubt it's going to stay in place. Few bumps an it'll snap off the TB in no time. Prepare the giant zip tie web....
