I've had one for a couple months now, and in those two months it's been pretty dope. It's the most comfortable reasonably affordable headlamp I've ever had, the balance really is on point, and the dimmability is really useful. Having lost the instructions almost immediately this is very useful. It's been great for nighttime stuff, and even reading at night in red light mode so I don't throw off circadian rhythm. Hey Biolite, it would be really useful if your media team could do a more in-depth version of this that wouldn't require the instructions for two reasons - People lose them, and sometimes we need a refresher and don't necessarily keep the directions around. This has been a very useful product, so please find whomever has designed this, and kiss them on the face for me. NeverMetTheGuy
Total piece of crap, will nevwe turn on permanently stuck in "lock mode" supprt for this company is a joke, when told ots stuck in lock mode they give the same answer "hold for 8 sec" duh how many times can you explain it wont turn before they will listen???

I've had the same with other companies. It takes most companies a few days to update their mailing lists once you unsubscribe.
