Information to be collected from the Cisco ATA191-MPP or ATA192-MPP when trouble-shooting

2.) Insure debug logging is enabled.
3.) Download the debug logs and other information from the ATA soon as the issue occurs, onboard memory to store debug logs is limited.
4.) If needed configure an external syslog server to collect the debug information for longer term.
