You know going from the sauna to your house having to travel through the snow which is probably below zero is not good for your heart going from the extreme hot to stream cold that's a good way to get a heart attack or get sick
It's only click bait if you're thirsty brother. Speaking for myself of course, but I actually enjoy watching someone reap the rewards of making better life choices than myself. It's satisfying to see them thrive and not just struggling to survive off grid. This is closer, i believe, to how the Lord above wanted us to live.
