Regarding the impling spawns: tracking down where implings spawn takes a LOT of time. It's not that the wiki is lying to you, it's just that the spawn locations for Varlamore haven't yet been mapped out.
The main issue with the 1/16 is it doesn't care if the drop is worth .5 exp or if multiple 1/20 drops give 20 exp on average a kill. Look into imps (crafting grind, basically the worst case scenario) and metal dragons (guaranteed bars, sometimes need ridiculous methods to kill and have high def, hp, attack range, and dps) Someone has done a multi-thousand imp grind and even Verf discounted iron dragons. On the other end look into Fleshcrawlers and Dwarves (both noted and unnoted iron ore, average of .375 ore per kill; multiple ores and bars) It's fine however you end up deciding to deal with edge cases, but it would be nice if you addressed them early on rather than skipping grinds when they pop up which can seem less consistent.
You do make a good point, but I decided to detail the rules as simple as possible for the first episode to make it quick and concise that way people aren't overwhelmed with it and as I stated, when things come up that need mentioned then they will be addressed. There will be an example of this in the next episode, bits of info at a time can be better than having it all lumped into one. Easier to digest. Second, notmeta osrs rolls the same way, but I think picked a starting chunk. Finally, V4LTEE randomly rolled a starting chunk, but perhaps unfortunately ended up rolling one that some other people have started in (but is still going strong with impressive grinds).
Mithril Scimitar is awesome to get early like that :D What's that plugin, that shows the path you're walking? That seems neat You can "Manually Add To My Chunk" to add your Mithril Scimitar, so the chunk picker will recognize it :) Thank you for sharing your journey, and best of luck with the next steps

I'm late.. but fun fact. You can't burn pita bread. The cooking lvl is 58 but the never burn level is 37... Lol. When they added pita bread they coded the levels backwards and it has been that way since 2002. 😊

no clue if you know that already but the bank chest at the hunter guild is usable as a non hunter just not the banker itself
