This video is first in series of installing interior trims of the top VXi version in Maruti Suzuki Alto. This DIY procedure is about Floor Console (Front) which would be sometimes absent in base versions of Alto (Std, LX, LXi). Hope this helps DIYers willing to complete the interior of their cars. This upgrade will definitely enhance your cabin aesthetics & travel convenience.

The screw received do not fit to the clamp hole(Mounting Bracket). Hole is too small. I purchased from your link itself.

Yes, have thought a lot about powered mirror. Sadly, no OEM or aftermarket product exists. And wouldn't be sensible to alter stock mirror. At last, had to make peace with it.

Sir please check alternater voltage to multimeter 13.5v or 14v ? Please Detailed Video how much voltage to alternator.
The B and C pillar trims of K10 or VXI type 1 are compatible .. I have just put both of em and it interior looks better now. I Think K10's has lighter shade and less expensive.
Note: K10 has lil more elements for fitment which you can cut off easily or just leave them in place as long as they don't hamper the fit and finish.
Hi buddy. Yeah its a simple & quick DIY. Have installed the K10's B pillar trims. Fits alright even though panel has no hole for fixing clip. Plan to add C pillar & Quarter trims with Parcel Tray soon.

Hey buddy. The trim must match the profile of pillar. Basis pictorial comparison, the Zen one seems worth a shot. Even so, without stamp holes in sheet metal for clips, you'd need to find a way to attach the trim.

bro as I ask you about folding orvm I have seen one video on UA-cam channel name is custom mania he has done this modifications but he has not explained properly so I couldn't understand that which car orvm he install and but i feel you can do much better if you could watch that video and put in your way that you always do like great manner i will be thank full to you 🙏🙏
Hey Aadi! Watched that video after your earlier comment. And found the explanation unclear. So analyzed it and here's my best guess. The ORVM is from Wagonr/Swift and probably a used one for lesser cost. Then the attachment plate was swapped with Alto's one to fit the door. Anyways, that's for Alto 800. For old Alto, no such solution exists as of now for ORVM conversion. Interestingly, the international spec did have electric ORVM. Wish that was available here. Hi Kuldeep. Agar yeh upgrade possible hota toh isse maze ki baat koi nahi 🥲.
Steering mounted controls/airbag ke liye column assembly puri alag tarah ki hoti hai. Combination switch bhi alag jiss par contact coil matlab clock spring lagta hai.
Pre-airbag models jaise Alto ke liye BT wireless type controls aate hain, magar woh itne practical nahi honge.

The wagonr console is quite unique. As far as I could gather, there is no swap possibility. If you prefer, try installing one of those add-on accessories to fulfil the need.

To be clear, the console came fitted as stock in my car. If a new bracket is not available, then possibly only place you could find it is at some junkyard, off an old/scrapped car.

Hi Puru. Sorry itna mujhe knowledge nahi h. Actually baleno speedo upgrade ki kuch videos hain. Lagta h ignis ka meter unit bhi plug & play swap ho jana chahiye. Magar kuch special features shayad activate na hon. Best hoga ki aap Maruti service center mein check karo. Otherwise try accessory shops.

Hi Daksh. Changing the meter bulbs is quite simple process.
1. Remove top dash cover trim (4 screws)
2. Dismount meter (4 screws)
3. Disconnect the 2 plugs at the back
4. Remove the 2 bulbs (bigger size)
5. Replace the bulbs with white T10 led
6. Reinstall all parts

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the clamp hole. Now that I remember, I faced this issue too, however minor and resolved it promptly. I simply made the hole slightly bigger using a flat screwdriver's end and then the screw could fit. Hope this helps🙂👍

Cannwe installation Alto K10 vxi gear console on Alto lx???
Nice idea. Unfortunately its not possible. K10 has cable shifter with short throw. So the console box is made taller and covered with leather boot which looks really nice. But Alto lx has rod-type shifter which has long throw. If we fit the K10 console box in Alto then while shifting, the lever would hit the console box and gear cannot engage properly. So it is unsafe to try it.
