The weird part is that characters can't normally see what he does during those bits, I think it's because she had a chance to have her own doodle bit prior to this episode, that's my in universe logic for it anyways.

@@toony1232 Good comparison, they're both 90's movies embracing absurdity and modern references, set in a semi-mythical place in a losely specified time, in an era with different representation problematics, that were both adapted in cartoon spin-off set in parodies of american highschools. I'm not sure what kind of complain would make sense, since it's so away from any original material (it doesn't mean there aren't some !) maybe beside the big change that is Hercules'mother and the devilization of Hades. If you got time I'd like example(s), I never heard about Greece complains. (this country isn't the only or direct heir of ancient greek culture, btw, people often forget it)
