Oh yes, he is the best! But Phil was a bad boy back then, he and Jeanette Hawes of The Emotions had a son when they were touring together back in 1974, that is why she was not with her sisters when they recorded “Rejoice” nor was she touring with them the year of 1976 with their smash hit either. Jeanette according to her sisters was a piece of work, and still is.
