    Nicely organized lecture. A question … going down the ladder, how do we know that a- applied to Psi-zero equals 0? Why is it not undefined or something instead? I see that the states cannot go any lower, but I am curious how we can make the leap to get the equation: a- applied to Psi-zero equals 0.
