Back in my jahiliyyah years, I was stingy and lost a lot of $$$ through greed and bad investment choice. Then I started giving. My rizk keeps rolling in, not much but it keeps coming. That enables me to keep giving more. Alhamdulillah.
That allows for gaining important perspective regarding reliance on Almighty, and independent thought - free from fear of poverty - leads to liberation
Jazakallah khair, very educative, talk tawakul, another missing point is contentment with little you have and share on rituals or with love ones. You might consider this points in the episode.
Wonderful advice and encouragement bro Almir Colan but what is the majority of finance and business world are pushing to HARAM way in dealing or at least to do it legally but with no morality , what to do then ?!
Let's say I have a friend and I know their habits well. They have a 70% chance to drink coffee on Monday, 50% to buy/drink a coke on Sunday, etc. I write in my calendar for a month and the result is 60% correct guesses. Has he made choices? Yes. Now let's say I travel back in time 1 month and I rewrite my calendar with knowledge of what decisions he will make. I get 100% write at the end of the month this time. Did he stop making choices? No. Me being correct or wrong had nothing to do with his ability to make his choices. I never even informed him. If someone enters the hellfire it is because they chose to blame Allah for their choices instead of taking accountablity. That mindset you displayed is literally the example of Ibless in the Qu'ran. He blames Allah when he chose arrogance for his ability to disobey. In that same chapter of the Qu'ran, Allah gives the example when Adam (AS) falls into sin. "Our lord we have certainly wronged ourselves, and if you do not forgive us, we will surely be among the losers". Follow the example to paradise :)

Predetermined... means no free will. ALLAH (swt) knows when a baby is born, if that baby is hellbound or not.
