Tricia when I was pregnant I drunk a cup a day (not every single day but when I wanted coffee) I breastfeed currently and still have coffee almost everyday. you can have less than 200mg of caffeine a day which equals about 2 six ounce cups. Of course do what makes YOU comfortable at the end of the day. But you CAN have caffeine it’s just not recommended to have a lot because that’s when their are risks that can occur with the pregnancy if you have a bunch of caffeine often.

Peppermint mocha frappuccino from Starbucks is my favourite! In New Zealand we have different holiday drinks. In my city we don't have Dunkin Donuts, but we do have Starbucks. Our holiday drinks are gingerbread latte, toffee nut crunch latte and peppermint mocha. I love the toffee nut crunch latte, but my favourite is the peppermint mocha ❤ I haven't tried the gingerbread drink yet though.

WRONG.!! It's a certain amount of caffeine we can. Not all coffee have the same amount of caffeine. One cup of Maxwell could have way more caffeine than one cup of Folgers. So depending on the amount of caffeine, they could have a half of cup or three cups.

You can do oat milk with it, im sure it’s just as good! It’s delicious! Starbucks version isn’t as good. That’s my opinion though 😊
