    Did you know lil rocking G made a track with Dr Dre, Easy E, and unknown DJ with his sp 1200 with D rock, does anyone remember the track nude below the waist by tyrant's n therapy that featured knights of the turntables back in 1984, and don't forget the knights made 2 more tracks,,, electro gumbo and the adventures of lil rocking G, in 2012 for hip hop 40th anniversary.

      What was the track called they made with Unknown, Dre & Eazy?
      I have the Tyrants in Therapy EP. Strange but pretty cool.

    I bought the 12" of "Techno Scratch" at a swap-meet in the LA area back in 1984 when I was 12 years old, dope classic record... I remember the B-side used to trip me out as a kid because it had nothing recorded on it and if you put the needle on that side it would just quickly slide to the end! lol

      I’m pretty sure I did, I got it at a swap-meet in LA the year it came out in 1984. 😊
      Unfortunately I don’t have it any more, I lost like 10-15 records back in 1987 and “Techno Scratch” was one of them, as well as the first Kid Frost record “Rough Cut” also from 1984. 😞

    Lil Rocking G passed away on Aug 29,2021. I knew him in high school. I was lucky to play side by side with him during the Carson Banning dances at Big Johns Hall. I was in a DJ crew called Unique Technique djs. Those were some good times!

      Sad news to hear Lil Rockin’ G has passed. Are you in touch with any of the other Knights?

    • @impdj
      @impdj 6 місяців тому +1

      @@BassJunkie808 Sadly no. I also remember Sinbad being a very highly ranked DJ as well with the Knights, but the last time I saw him was in 1988.

    It's a shame the knights never made more tracks I always thought they were the hip hop to kraftwerk.
