The problem with this idea (or the concept of INTX in general) is that if you look at the cognitive functions, INTJs and INTPs have not one single function in common. With regards to the functions, INTJs are closer to INFJs than to INTPs, and even closer still to ENTJs. Still, I was uncertain for a long time about whether I'm INTJ or INTP. With regards to this video and the topic of restaurant behavior though, it's pretty clear-cut that I identify with the INTJ a lot more than the INTP.

INTPs can actually go most of the time eating like a monk and weeks without spending money on social activities so when we get the chance to try something new we can let our hair down and order the most exotic-looking and expensive things on the menu and multiple courses because in our eyes it is a great event, and everyone thinks we eat like that all the time.
As an ISFJ, I'd just get the same thing I always get. Why go through all that decision making when what I usually get is good and has a good price 🤷♀️😅

INTJ - I study the menu before arriving, read the reviews and know what I want as I step through the door... My wife will first ask me about all the dishes, then all possible combos, then ask the waiter the same and what may not be on the menu and finally decide for something completely different.
When I was a kid I preferred magazines , encyclopedias & textbooks to literature because of all the pictures. I love menus w/pictures & prefer them to menus w/no photos because I have a hard time imagining how the food will taste.
For me i like to always like to know my go-to foods for any restaurant in case I don’t want to try something new (which rarely happens)... because if I don’t have a fallback food I feel so unprepared and I always want to be prepared. It’s that feeling of stability ya know? Always knowing that you can order that one food you know you’ll like?

INTJ - I study the menu before arriving, read the reviews and know what I want as I step through the door... My wife will first ask me about all the dishes, then all possible combos, then ask the waiter the same and what may not be on the menu and finally decide for something completely different.
You're very right about intp, I spend 45 minutes thinking what I should choose .
When I was a kid I preferred magazines , encyclopedias & textbooks to literature because of all the pictures. I love menus w/pictures & prefer them to menus w/no photos because I have a hard time imagining how the food will taste.

For me i like to always like to know my go-to foods for any restaurant in case I don’t want to try something new (which rarely happens)... because if I don’t have a fallback food I feel so unprepared and I always want to be prepared. It’s that feeling of stability ya know? Always knowing that you can order that one food you know you’ll like?
