  • Here I poured on a 16"x12" canvas. I filled the whole thing with black paint and then poured 1 puddle and let it go.

      Won’t b for few but I am going back to pouring ..as soon as manchild goes back to work, winter shows and classes are over .. so winter fun will commence soon! 💜 I WILL take the challenge .. but after the New Year .. it may take me multiple attempts to “walk away” tho haha

      I 'tried it'...I had an ok looking thing going on,then THE DEVIL made me touch it and it turned into a weird universe type painting...I have to remember to keep it simple,hell it should be easy,thats the way I live my life...lol

    Since I’ve been watching you for a while, I’ve started painting the edges with the background color. And it really makes sense to me. It takes away the stress of making sure they are well covered. And for someone like me, who can easily stress out, I don’t think of it any more. Thank you for your art and passing on your experience. 💫

    I could have watched you pour that paint all night! So satisfying! And I totally tried tilting my laptop to "help" you tilt hahaha. Love these colors and how it turned out! I would've never thought to do a black background, as opposed to white. This is gorgeous!

    I did this today. I moved it. lol. I thought I didn't like it but I walked away from it for a few hours and when I came back it looks like an eye. I love it. Thanks for this awesome video.

    I like your no nonsense approach. The "cell pours" never look as good after they do all the hooplah to it. Never do they just leave it. Thanks for coming the closest I have ever seen for all the pours on You Tube, you showed great restraint! You are funny without knowing how funny. Keep it up. I will watch, esp if they are all this simply done. Thank you.

      You should post a picture of your 1st pour! I'd love to see it. I am so intrigued by Mely's work and how she keeps everything simple. One of these days, I may attempt to try this with my 8 year old daughter who absolutely loves art - especially painting!

    It looks good and balanced. Your blue popped when you slightly tilted both ways, so gut instinct was bang on.

    I like it SMOOTH to start with, too! So many others just swipe it all around, and then pour paints, and they may wait a second too long, and then they have like lines and/or folds underneath. I like smooth! I am doing this right now. If it comes out, I'll post it.

    Over the last few days I’ve watched countless people try these “Fluid” style paintings and they were all really bad IMO.. then I came across this one and I absolutely L❤️VE IT.. this was absolutely beautiful.. this reminded me of a beach with waves coming to shore.. theme as so cool.. but it also reminded me of something we could see in Space as well.. really really liked this 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️😊.     Love it! I found a great hack. I don't like fighting to get the paint out from my nails and around my cuticles so I put vasoline under the nails and around my cuticles. Works great!

      Mary Jane Roberts plzz everyone plzz wear gloves I liked to lost 2 fingers from not wearing gloves all paints is toxic? I have proof but trust me you do not want to see photos!! And it absolutely kills you around the clock I suffered 6 months plzz just be safe everyone I can’t make no one wear them but if you seen photos of my hands everyone would never ever not miss putting a glove on !!       Correct my self on the gloves had wore gloves but took break ran back out and forgot to put them on , a few
      Minutes went by I then realized I forgot to put on , so put on finish painting later that evening is when the side effects hit started itching swelling so bad they burst open ? I hv painted many times when you g no gloves maybe paint has changed sure it had . But it caused me 6 months of total nightmares And fighting to save my hands and fingers . I just don’t want anyone to have to ever go thruway I did just want to help everyone to not make the mistake I did for about 15 min??? God bless care about you all Lisa

    Anybody see the man's face @ 9:34 on the right hand side. Look for the nose and you will see the chin and longgggg neck. Wow...it looks beautiful but I would have tilted it. Either way ….it still looks like a bomb! Beautiful! By the way....I've been wanting to do this kind of pour and so it's nice to see you do it.
