I can't even express how grateful I am that you make such amazing videos that help a new player like me. Thank you so much man, you're definitely an underrated creator!
Can confirm buying iron ores at 99ish gp and how ever many ring of forgings you need at I forget but I promise you the bars sell at 209ish and you make your money back plus, and you level up smithing eh speed I'm at like 60 In 3 days, used a Macro a bit use at your own risk lol
Glad I could help you bro! Yeah the run time to the deposit box in Port Sarim is definitely quicker 👍👍👍 thanks for the comments man 😁😁😁 I just wish the bank chest in the guild was F2P…
I recently got back into OSRS on mobile so I'm happy to have found a channel that still uploads and can remind me on all the best ways to level up and make money etc... can't wait to binge watch a bunch of your videos today lol
Yo Steven! Thanks for the comments man! Smithing is definitely on the cards, I've just done the Runecrafting script so its mining and smithing after that, last ones to go. I recon I have my last few leagues updates, so hopefully get onto Smithing in about a month-ish 😅😅😅
Sorry if others have already mentioned, but Rune Pickaxe does require 41 mining instead of 40, but that shouldn't be too much of a bothersome grind if they already got to lvl 40. cheers.
If you're making the rune crafting guide. Definitely add the body golems method cause it might be the best. Using skull scepter to get to the body altar. Rince and repeat.
Recently came back to OSRS after many years away. Very useful guide! Additional tip.. if crafting gold necklaces from bars purchased on the GE, you can normally make a bit more profit AND exp (in magic) by alching the necklaces you've made during the walk to and from the furnace.
Cheers man 👍 The comments and the feedback are much appreciated 😁😁😁 Ahh yeah that’s a great tip! HA is something I’ve under utilised in my guides trying to cater for ironmen… Do you think doing guide purely for general players would be worth it?
@@TheLumbridgeKnight No worries! I guess it could be if you're able to fill a video of examples of when to utilise it. Even Ironmen accounts could use it after their smithing/crafting grinds. If they've made thousands of gold necklaces from gold they've mined, they get 270gp per necklace per high alch. I've been keeping them noted and I'm alching them during Runecraft runs to make the most of the distance. And diamond necklaces alch for like 2200 I'm sure there's plenty of other examples too
Not sure if you're still replying... But If I have a gold ring, Can I add a gem too it? Or can I only add a gem when I craft it from a gold bar? The same way you add talismans to a tiara after crafting the tiara, Can that be done for the surplus of gold amulets I have?
Yo Name Faust! I do my best to reply these days! 😅 Unfortunately once a ring is cast you can’t use it with a gem to create the combined item 🤔 there might be some member items and quest that allow you to combine items with gold rings like tiaras but nothing in F2P and as far as I’m aware there’s no way to get your ring back into a gold bar either! Hope that helps answer your question man 👍👍👍
You definitely could! If you want to do it this way I recommend using the deposit box in port sarim as there’s no furnace in the guild and the bank chest is members only! Grind gold exchange buys them for 315 coins so you will get a better price there than the GE, you could alway buy them from the GE and sell them to Grum 😂 need to do a lot of world hops to keep the price decent though!
I see you're running on the way from the mine, for efficiency's sake it makes more sense to run to the mine and walk the way back since you use less run energy when you weigh less. Otherwise a lovely guide 👌
Ahh yeah that’s a good point! Keep the run for when your weight is lowest 🤔 I always forget and just use it if it’s there 😅 Thanks again for the comments and tips man much appreciated 😁👍👍👍
Once you get into the crafting guild wouldn't it be more efficient just to make and fire bowls? They're 33 exp total vs 52.5 but you can mine and wet the clay in the guild, fire the bowls and drop them for a greater exp yield (sacrificing gp)
Yo Riley! That’s a very interesting suggestion and something I’ll have to definitely checkout. I would say that the additional step of having to wet the clay combined with the lower Xp per item would probably still make silver faster. Purely because to wet the clay you’ll need to have half inventories of water. If you could just mine a full inventory of wet clay I’d say it would probably be faster, but yeah having to hold half an inventory of water will slow you down. I’ll make a note to give it a go though and see what the rate looks like though 😁👍 Thanks for the awesome comment dude 👌👌👌
@@TheLumbridgeKnight I'd love to see a video on that for sure! I think that getting an analysis of XP per hour is always fascinating. You could get away with less than a half inventory of buckets, I don't know what combo would be best but you could, for example take 4 buckets and fill them 6 times per inventory of clay. You could also fill a small number of buckets, make that number of bowls and then use those bowls to wet more clay (though my gut says that would be slower).
Yes, the trick is to do it like a UIM. Bring 9 or 18 bowls of water for your first run there to easily set up this cycle >mine clay >wet with bowls of water >repeat until 18 wet clay and 9 dry are in your inventory >turn the wet ones into bowls >fill the new bowls with water >repeat This is a very relaxing method
for an iron man (not ultimate) can get runecrafting and crafting at same time step1:mine silver in crafting guild step2:teleport to falador smelt and craft tiaras step3: bank and grab rune essence step4: run to air altar step5: go back to crafting guild and repeat, as an iron man all u need is law runes+rune essences banked (can get law runes from ogresses)
Ahh I see so you need to have mined the rune essences and have enough law runes for teleports in the bank, then follow the steps above. 🤔 What kind of Xp per hour do you get? Cheers for the tip RSNightRogue! 😁
@@TheLumbridgeKnight seems to fluctuate around 13k crafting xp/ph , 9k mining xp/ph and 3500 smithing xp/ph plus 1100 rc and 500 magic xp/ph (i used clan wars teleport before falador tp to restore energy twice in this session) however it might be less efficient after a long session but i think is def better than al kharid(was 60 mining at the time of this test)
Runecrafting is going to be painful... Though there's a few tricks. Looking forward to doing Smithing, I always underestimate how useful it is in F2P 🤔🤔🤔
The mine sw of varrock has 3 silver ores and is very close to a bank. Only lose the occasional gem trader. Also the bank deposit in port sarim might be faster for gold ore deposit then falador bank. Good guide tho
Yeah the deposit box at sarim is definitely faster than the bank. Someone else recommended silver at Varrock too. I’ll have to try it out and see how it compares to Al Kharid 👍👌 thanks for the tip’s man 😁 glad you liked the guide 😁
I made my bond doing crafting and even when with a lot of gold and bond in my bank i still do diamond neck in f2p its chill im 94 crafting at this moment xp
Hello ferusalaguz! Thanks for the comment and for sharing your experience! It’s good to know that diamond necks are still working and worthwhile with that much xp! 94 is impressive! Sounds like you will be 99 in no time! 👍👍👍

I agree hands down the best on UA-cam!
@@TheLumbridgeKnight I’m wondering to see how much it would cost me to cut Ruby gems to 99 I image it’s alot but I can manage it

Just getting back into osrs and let me tell you something, you are amazing!
Welcome back dylanmathers7221! Thank you for the awesome comment! 👍😃
Crafting is tough in f2p. Hoping for a smithing guide as I'm close to loosing my bond and will be doing that when I go back. Great video. Keep it up.

😁👍 No problem at all! Glad they are useful 😁👍 Thank you for your support and comment!
Thank you Lumbridge Knight! I was just thinking of the best way to increase my crafting since it's my lowest skill apart from RC 😁
Glad I could help Grog! RC is a hard skill to train... Its absolutely brutal in F2P 😅😅😅. Crafting though mega useful for ironmen and money making 👍👍👍

Body golems pair nicely with crafting, runecrafting and melee training.

Currently, sapphires and emeralds are worth more than their uncut versions. This means that cutting these gems is the fastest profitable method.
