    Najbolja Mađarica uvijek uspije ,pre pre fina . Tijesto kad nema pavlake zamjenim jogurtom i opet bude extra,jako brzo se pravi. Hvala puno za recept

    Bako, Madjarica je odlican recept, ja bih preporucila svakoj domacici da ga pravi, to je bio omiljen kolac u mojoj porodici i deca i odrasli obozavaju. Veoma lepo objasnjen ceo prosec. oko mesenja i pecenja.

    Super stvarno, samo ja imam neki tip, tako kad uvek nesto slatko pravim dolaze mi ideje, za kremu bilo bi bolje da sve suve sastojke promesate i posle dodati ostalo. I nema grudvica. Sa testom isto tako brasno i pecivo prvo promesajte.🌺

    Prava madjarica ide sa tri kore, kao i zerbo kocke, a fil se pravi tako da uprzite secer i dodate mleko pa kad provri sipate brasno sa mlekom i zakuvate a potom cokolada ili kakao i prohladjeno se umuti sa maslacem ili margarinom. Daleko, daleko ukusniji nacin pripreme fila, kao karamel. To je stari recept.

    Super je ispala. Možeš da mi kažeš koja ti je to čokolada baš ima lep sjaj. Ja sam skoro pravila tortu isto tako sam prelila čokoladom, bila je bleda ma uopšte mi se nije svidela.

      The ingredients for the crust:
      300 gr flour T-400
      300 + 100 gr soft flour T-400
      200 gr margarine or butter
      2 whole eggs
      200 gr granulated sugar
      10 gr baking powder
      180 gr sour cream
      fil:
      1.2 l milk
      200 gr granulated sugar
      70 gr flour
      60 gr density (starch)
      20 gr cocoa
      100 gr chocolate
      250 gr margarine or butter
      frosting:
      200 gr chocolate
      5 tablespoons oil
      3 tablespoons milk
      Preparation:
      Margarine rub along with 600 grams of flour. Between the palms take the flour and margarine pieces and moved his hands up - down.
      Margarine should be at room temperature to make it easier to incorporate the flour.
      When you chop butter add eggs, sugar, sour cream and baking powder, and knead the dough.
      Can give you need a little more flour to bake the dough nice and it depends on how big the eggs, butter or margarine mass, and sour cream. In the video I needed a sprinkling dough to get it nice.
      Knead the dough on the table and put in a bowl and cover with foil or bag, and leave for 15 minutes to rest.
      Turn the oven to 170 degrees, and the dough divided into 5 equal parts, each piece of dough approximately weighs about 270 gr.
      On the opposite pan from the oven thin crust stretched.
      In the video I said that cover approximately 35 x 27 cm, but it turned out to be a little longer than 35 cm, almost like a whole pan of 40 cm. It can be of different sizes, if a trim will be slightly thicker, but this is fine.

      Može i sa mekim brašnom, ali su onda nešto punije, nisu toliko vazdušaste i sa oštrim pre otpuste, ali pravila sam i sa mekim i odlično je i tako.

      Ne, kada prenesete na pleh ono brašno što je ispod neće dozvoliti da se korica zalepi, ali pre spuštanja korica uvek možete nožem malo podvući da proverite.
