It’s very impressive how much thought you put into a 4 minute animatic. Seeing storyboards of animatics and learning about the thoughts behind the animatics and storyboards makes me respect artists patience so much.
An interesting detail from the original was that Polyphemus wasnt using the sheep for meat but rather specifically milk and whool. So killing his favorite sheep may uave meant taking a rather long lived one.
I KNEW IT, WHEN I SAW THAT SHOT OF THE HAND SLIDING OVER THE RIM I KNEW THAT WAS THE MOTIVATOR! It was so well done, and is also my favorite part, its just so good and smooth and just perfect for the lyrics!
2:26 that is frankly funny one scene made you do it the scene that would do that for me is from "ruthlessness" just the entire starting beating of "It isn't very often that i get pissed off, i try to chill with the waves, but DAMN YOU CROSSED A LINE!" etc. cant wait to see what comes from you in the future~
Odysseus is just sexy, period, but yes, especially when he smiles and bows. And I wish more people gave insight to the way they animate, it's just so fun to see! And to see where someone began versus where they ended up.

This is really cool! I personally love your animatic style the most out of all the others I've seen. They're smart and have incredible shots. The real bread winner though is the amazing facial expressions and emotions you're able to convey. I leave your animatics playing in the background when I study sometimes, so uh, you're welcome for the extra views I guess :3c
Maybe it wasn't as detailed or informative as some people's storyboards, but honestly I sketch things similarly because I have a good idea of what I'm thinking of just by seeing the basic shape reminders so it's relatable 😅 A good excuse to see the animatic and hear the experimental music again, too ;))
The shots that you have in this are absolutely fantastic!! You make sure to make use of your camera in almost every shot, especially with showing the viewer just how much of a threat the giant is through his sense of scale. I can't get over the use of the upshots/downshots, especially when Theseus feels more cocky, the camera shifting to underneath him to show he feels like he has the upper hand? Ugh, your visual storytelling is so good.
