Life in the 90’s was so simple and fun, reading teen mags was a girls right of passage. So happy to hear JTT has stayed true to himself and doesn’t rule his life by social media, definitely a breath of fresh air to hear. I definitely miss those simple times!!

I could see a short Home Improvement series on Disney Plus with maybe 8-12 episodes. Enough to give each character a chance to show where they have been for the last 20+ years and few different story arcs. Tim was so good with his nieces in the show, it would be neat to see him with his grandkids. Maybe Tim and Jill have moved back to Detroit where Jill started her own family counseling clinic and Tim began an auto-restoration shop and both have recently retired and bought and restored a lake cabin in northern Michigan. Brad works for a sporting goods manufacturer and his kids are getting into sports, Randy is a professor at a university, and Mark and his kids have gotten into cars and building them himself. Al got back into general contracting and also recenty retired with his wife from the show. The finale of the short season could be the kids along with Jill buying Tim's 1933 Ford Roadster back from the pizza guy he sold it to back in the original series and giving it back to Tim for a retirement gift at a big family Thanksgiving. It will be a poignant reminder that Tim never got to grow up with his dad after spending Saturday's working on cars with him as a kid, but his son's did and now he gets to spend time with his grandkids. Some cameos from the cast of Last Man Standing would also be funny as a few of the Home Improvement cast cameoed on that later show...including Tim Allen himself as Tim Taylor. Imagine seeing Tim Allen taking his grandkids to an Outdoor Man store in Detroit and finding a picture on the wall of Mike Baxter, the CEO of Outdoor Man. A new series would be special for many folks as they were around the same age as Tim and can relate to either being parents or grandparents now. It would focus on parents growing older and becoming grandparents and retiring. Last Man Standing was mostly good, but got too political for me. Home Improvement mostly avoided that and stuck with real problems families go through. And it just felt more real than many other family shows that have followed since. Staying with that formula would offer a better show for more people in my opinion.
I loved the show when it was on the air. My favorite character was Al (Richard) He took so much crap from Tim and always kept it together. Acting or not that can be hard to do.
Favorite episode? All of them! I loved that show! Came out when I was in high school. We'd talk about the show in "Stage Craft" class. Stage craft is a class where you build sets for school plays. Lots of power tools being used. It was a fun class. And each week we'd talk about the latest episode while listening to Led Zeppelin and building stuff.
We loved this show. I remember all the girls used to love the older brother & then JTT got older & they had posters everywhere😳 I always loved how Al could fix everything & Tim would always ruin everything they were doing. Show always made me laugh
Never missed an episode of this show! Have all 8 seasons on DVD! Favorite episode for me, has to be when Tim drops the 2 ton construction beam on Jill's red Chevy Nomad, and tells his repair guy that Jill caused the damages! LOL! ha ha ha

Fav episode when he glued his head to that desk. Classic
It was a table.
I was just at the ER but they said I wasn’t a priority. “Why was there a guy with a WHOLE table stuck to his head?”
The kids are older now than Tim Allen was when the show first aired. Can't believe it.
The Christmas special , where Tim said No AL , instead of Noel . 😁
I use to love watching tool time! Tim Allen was deadly fixing things around the house.
I loved the show when it was on the air. My favorite character was Al (Richard) He took so much crap from Tim and always kept it together. Acting or not that can be hard to do.
I love home improvement. Tim The Tool Man Taylor.
Tim and Al were my favorite.
Poor music taste their.
Loved this show. The Halloween and Christmas shows were the best.
We loved this show. I remember all the girls used to love the older brother & then JTT got older & they had posters everywhere😳 I always loved how Al could fix everything & Tim would always ruin everything they were doing. Show always made me laugh
Patricia is one of the most underrated actresses....seriously such a talent. I cannot imagine the show without her.
Never missed an episode of this show! Have all 8 seasons on DVD! Favorite episode for me, has to be when Tim drops the 2 ton construction beam on Jill's red Chevy Nomad, and tells his repair guy that Jill caused the damages! LOL! ha ha ha
Definitely my all time favorite show and I just watched the one where the steel beam crushed Jills nomad this evening.
It was a 3T beam
I remember when Zachary crashed into my police car while he was riding a mountain bike. He was a nice good kid...Yes I gave him a break LOL
