Still in recovery for his elbow. As I recall, he's pretty sure it was his video trying to get a double ace...he threw for something like two hours straight. And then continuing to play and do videos just made it worse. Currently he hopes to be back by May.

Yep rollers are a legitimate shot, some have really soft discs as well that can be rolled up and thrown almost like a football lol
