I did that a while ago as Communist Argentina. By the end I was calling myself the Largestina as I owned the entirety of the Americas, north and south, and even some African territory. Fun game, that one was.

Long story short: Mosley didn't want the UK to intervene in basically anything happening on the mainland of Europe because Italy and Germany. He was actively arguing for a negotiated peace with the Axis before the fall of France.
Not so much a champion of peace as a champion of "please don't attack my friends."

As a few fun facts about Mr Mosley
He saw the second world war as deplorable as it gave Asiatic powers the ability to catch up, thought Jews were only bad because they weakened the English economy, and thought the British Empire was too expensive as it was and wanted to turn it all into dominions like Canada or Australia, tied together in one large trade union.
He was a Fascist because that's just how he thought the government and empire could be preserved, and had gone across the entire political spectrum save communism. His story is wild.
Mosley was also an outspoken proponenet of a united europe, in the 30s.

Oswald being a Champion of peace and an economic reformer is actually quite interesting i wont lie. the man had strong principles, and gained popularity enough that the government got scared and banned political uniform so his marches looked less organized and more like rabble... political sabotage of sorts. id say Stakuyi should do some research of him as its a good read.
to keep it short, hes a Champion of peace as he was very anti war, one the more popular of them too, and an economic reformer as he wanted to make Britain's economy stronger and self-sufficient from what i remember
