They used to make awesome shoes..... there peak was around the time of the Go Run Ride 3s and 4s ..... even the 5s were awesome..... How I miss them.....
No we didn't take out the insoles. We ended up enjoying the Go Run Rides a bit better than these. It tended to feel a bit aggressive/irritating if you weren't a perfect technician with running form late into a run and we had a little plantar soreness.
Does it feel like you have a lump under your mid-foot? I have the GoRun Ride 2's and there's a huge lump under the mid-foot which I really want to remove. Otherwise, they are great.
