Why would you shoot someone over them "almost" hitting your car or for cutting you off? Once you shoot someone over something so trivial -- your life is also over! You go to prison and have to constantly watch your back because there are people in prison who will kill you over nothing and you're in there for life !!
It's NOT worth it !! If someone cuts you off or brake checks you -- just let it go!! Pull over and turn your car around and go the opposite way if you have to -- focus on staying alive because you have people in your life that love and care about you!
Let it go -- it's smarter to just drive away in the opposite direction until that crazy person is gone! If they're following you -- drive to the nearest police station or to a gas station and go inside -- where there are cameras! Do whatever it takes to 'deescalate' the situation (no, you're not a coward -- you're using common sense).

More than likely the judge has a copy of the autopsy results including the markings on a drawing of the victim's body showing the wounds. She is marking off the relevant written items on the report and will check to see if all are mentioned as the witness testifies. She also has a list of exhibits provided by both the prosecution and the defense and as they are accepted or denied as evidence she will check those off so that the jury gets all accepted exhibits but none that are denied entry. The jury will be allowed to take them into the jury room at the time of deliberation and they will be checked at the end of trial so that all accepted ones are kept with the file and copies given to the defense and prosecution in the event of an appeal.

That was the University Cop who shot the guy he pulled over. He couldn't stomach looking at the damage his bullet did. Pretty gruesome autopsy/corpse photos. Yikes !

Im curious, i have not finished watching so it might get answered, but if upon x-ray she said there was a metallic object in the picture, but then says there is an exit wound...how is this possible?
