They did 3 nights in a row for 2hrs each night in front of a total of about 220,000 and I think Brian was early 60's and the other guys were mid to late 50's and could still rock for 2hrs straight no problems, that's why they will always be the legends!!!!
I went to their ball breaker tour in Sydney 1996. Angus never stopped even when the other band members took a break. Angus laid down on his side, spun himself in circles with his feet playing his guitar and never missed a beat. Best show ever!! Plus I couldn’t hear properly for a few days afterwards. The whole entertainment centre shook beneath our feet.
Alex...if you want to be totally mesmerized, watch AC/DC's live video for "Let There Be Rock" from River Plate. Angus does about a 12-minute solo, during which he has total command of the audience, especially during the latter half of it. Legends!
I have already saw this amazing performance but Unfortunately It has been blocked twice. Maybe down the line I will re-upload it and it will slip through (fingers crossed).
@@Reactionsbyalex hello i m french i see acdc in belgium hasselt in 1991 with metallica it s the best concert in my live peace and love usa !!! merci !!
One of the greatest guitarist in rock n roll history. ANGUS YOUNG. Go back to their performances from the early 1970s. You won't be disappointed. Plus you'll get lots of views.
AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so says their official web site so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! So says Austin Tx!!!! 🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎🍸
I was at this show. ⚡. At every ACDC concert I've been to , other than one with Bon . The last song they pull out cannons 🏟️💣. Angus plays with light strings for the bends , double & vibratos. Where as Malcom uses extra heavy strings.
You can really hear Brian struggling after decades of incredible singing. Nothing lasts forever and kudos for the years of thrills you have given your fans.
It’s even more incredible as a performance when you realise that Malcom (rhythm guitarist) was well advancing into dementia (he’d die a few years later). He was literally having to relearn his guitar parts every morning on this tour
River Plate was just a fabulous concert, every track rocks. You were quite right, Angus Young who plays lead guitar was 54 in 2009, and Brian Johnson (lead vocals) was 62, amazing.
Alex..I bought the video "AC/DC live at River Plate "...if you want to see this concert from beginning to end..buy it you will be full of energy by the end..my man Angus basically sweats his clothes off...its electric..I have been rocking to these guys since the mid seventies...oops just let my age out.😁
4:49 *And they just made a new album in 2020!!! 😆❤️ These guys are NEVER GONNA DIE!!!* 😁 Just like they said in their song Black in Black - “Forget the hearse 'cause I never die. I got nine lives, cat's eyes. Abusin' every one of them and running wild!” 😉
The whole River Plate show is a freakshow of power and greatness. What a fun and energetic band from the first album to today! Alex needs some early Bon Scott in his life!
I've seen AC/DC on three different occasions at 3 separate venues. Never have I sat down at any of their shows, and they always played for 2 1/2 hours minimum. Great band to see live!
5 Strats indeed. Hard to find a more powerful set than this concert. Great crowd as well. If your curious to see what a crowd of nearly 2,000,000 looks like check out Metallica - Enter Sandman Live Moscow 1991. They stopped counting around 1,600,000. Peace/JT
I am 64, saw AC /DC in 1975 as a 16 year old in front of an audience of 400 with an admission charge of £1. Just as they hit the UK from Australia. They are in their early 70's by now I would assume.
That's the same thing that I felt when I saw AC/DC their energy is the same at the end as it is in the beginning it never stops never slows down and I've seen three different times and every time was exactly the same energy
@@billlannan7767 yup ive seen them 7 times in concert and each time was awesome they never disappoint they always bring the energy and always sound great
Anything from Riverplate, live music with a rock n roll crowd just going in……if you haven’t done Whole lotta Rosie- definitely check that out. Marvel fans immediately know this one- Tony Stark/Ironman- the first Avengers….the scene in Germany. 🤘😎🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️ turn it up!👍👍👍👍👍
unfortunately it was this tour i believe Malcolm first started to show the first signs of dementia. he fought it well though!!!!!!!!! RIP Malcolm Young! you are missed!!!!

In today's world, it is sometimes about the money because people download songs for free and so they don't make as much money as before the internet. So bands make new albums then tour that album because the tours is where they make their money. Their most recent album came out last year. I don't know if they will be touring that album but be sure I will be attended if they do.... and you should too!
You should check out the song from AC DC "ride on" from the album dirty deeds done dirt cheap my personal favorite song from them (plus it's with bon Scott) my favorite front man ✌️
