Hi Paul, I love NAN products and am considering this plane today...just need fast stopping. Were you able to get 90 degree flap deflection on this plane?
I could have tweeked the linkages for 90, but with the lighter wing loading, and large flap area, 90 is not really needed, I could slow to stall with 80-75 no problem. I'd rather have surface stiffness and servo resolution vs raw flap angle......
@@pnaton Thanks. I was thinking it was not safe but it looked so crowded. You do a really good job at getting all those electronics into such small space. I building my first Art Hobby glider (first non-foam glider). It is a full house glider and I do find the electronics and radio setup challenging.
There is a strip of velcro (hook) glued to the bottom of the fuse in the battery area. Packs have velcro on one edge. (loop) Packs stay in place but are easily removed. Don't use the industrial grade velcro, just the standard hold stuff.
why not installing servos deep inside the fuse and battery right below the hatch ? did you try that ?
Cg machine is fantastic glider just sits there easy making adjustments

Do you just leave the battery in and charge with it in the glider? Seems awkward to get the battery in and out.
Battery goes in and out easily. It's not safe to charge with pack in the fuse. Since the pack is so far aft, you can't reach the balance port anyway.

Hi,
How do u fix the battery inside this very slim fuselage?
