    Kamil Kucera has been competing on the World stage since 2002 at a high level, usually 5-8th at Europeans. A 22 year career in weightlifting is extraordinary. The 4 or 5 year hiatus in the middle probably helped extend his career a bit. Even still I can’t think of anyone else who has lasted that long. His knees and elbows must be made of titanium.

    Martirosyan had an elbow bounce for all his c&js. I'm not saying they should have been no lifts, but, other lifters were penalized for similar or lesser "faults". The judging was horribly inconsistent during this whole event, light to heavyweights.

    Обыграть "всегдаby чистого" лашу, они смогут только в заочной борьбе. Когда лаша вешает лапшу, что он якобы не готов выступать на этом старте. Уверен, на Олимпиаде он будет обязательно. Итак. лаша снялся "по здоровью". И что мы видим? Да, в общем, ничего. Всё обыденно. Бороться готов только Симон (респект ему за это в том числе). Остальные просто возят говно по помосту. Собственно, как и при невероятно талантливом и чистом лаше (любой грузин вам поклянётся, что так и есть, а даже если лаша и был заряжен когда то, то он просто об этом не знал. А, даже если и знал, то сожалеет об этом каждый день и молится о прощении тоже каждый день).

    why +109kg all have a fat belly??, it is help in lifting???

    • @piiluja
      @piiluja 23 дні тому +1

      Short answer: yes. Long answer: If you compete in no weight limit class, then you don't have to worry about your bodyweight or calories. Having solid calorie surplus helps to recover from training, helps to grow muscles (both fat and muscles need extra calories to grow). So it helps lifting, but also it helps belly to grow, because body does not know that someone would prefer muscles to fat. It's not so healthy side-effect of competing in super-heavyweight classes in all strength disciplines. For that reason I like to see classes with weight limit more, as athletes look more like athletes. In addition to strength sport you can see bellies also in other discus throw, shot put, there also strength matters and bodyweight does not.
