- Sun is fixed, added optional Anti-Culling patch (no more shadows disappear), Piss filter added, just a little bit more textures have PBR. (and some small fixes)
But we still waiting for Big Boy and his properly reworked textures. Keep in mind that all textures you see will be reworked/replaced.
BTW: I have some good news M3GTR model is also getting remastered (we cannot use mw2012 or heat models because of licensing issues).

Keep in mind that PISS filter can be removed in few simple clicks (Alt+X > Developer menu > Rendering > Post-processing > Tonemapping > change all Colour Balance parameters to 1)

NFSMW is always NFSMW when there is a Piss filter 😃😃 irrespective of the RTX improvement. Now I got the complete feeling of an actual NFSMW.
On a serious note, the game would look much better with High Definition texture for the objects used in this game and because of this, NFSUG2 looks way more better as of now. Looking forward to see more improvements.

I have some great news - Big Boy said that he will release his mod in the end of this month.
His mods contains pretty much all of the textures reworked high resolution with PBR, so game will look finally stunning!
This is the first example I've seen of an RTX Remix implementation that actually looks decent, I'll give you that. However, I still don't understand people's obsession with making classic games look and run like every other game released in the last 5 years. What is so appealing about stock Unreal 4 graphics and shit performance that I'm not seeing?
First of all UA-cam compression destroys all the detail, so you won't see as huge improvement in graphics, that's why it looks like ue4 game, on your PC it will look better than literally anything else (because of per-pixel globall ilumination).
It's classic game, with RTX REMIX you can replace textures, assets and even animations, so we have all the tools for remaster. (Wich will be compatible with all non graphics mods)
Yeah performance now is crap, but it's made for years to come, and future gamer's will be able to enjoy remixed games with high framerates. Each Nvidia GPU pretty much doubles the RT performance in each generation, even AMD is leaning heavily on RT with RDNA5.
Path tracing will become a standard, that's why is so good when old directx9 game gets RT with possibility to change whole graphics completely up to modern standards.
Just wait 5 year's, buy yourself budget GPU wich will be faster in RT than any current graphics card, and enjoy fully made mods with great performance.
Right now is early stage, but thoose game's have huge fan base even now, so in future you will see completley different looking game's. (Each game will look better than any current RTX remaster like portal or hl2, because runtime is constantly improving with new features)
