Hey Christy Great videos Keep up the good work I’ve recently been approved for a $20,000 PLOC @ 8.90 % for 5 years. But the bank says for me to keep that interest rate that I have to balance transfer the funds out to my transaction account. If I don’t balance transfer it the interest rate is 20.99 %. Am I missing something here ??? WTF DO I DO NOW !!! I’m trying to chunk this mortgage down as quick as possible with maybe $10,000 chunks.
That is awesome. I did 2 chunk payments doing this. I stopped when pandemic hit and never got back around to doing another chunk. I can only do 2 more of those, because the interest doesn’t make sense for us.

I thought you were speaking a foreign language! I set up an LOC based on what you taught, and the $25,000 car was paid off in the third year. The feeling of chains being broken off me brought joy. Many of the negative comments come from those who are not listening to what you are saying or do not listen to the end of the video. Found your channel while praying for the Lord to help me desperately get approved for a LOAN. (Insert the 'NO' button here). I honestly thought it was my only option. The Lord does KNOW what He is doing. NO luck with loan. And suddenly Christy's vids started dropping in my feed. I never searched, nor had heard of velocity banking before that. Clicked off thinking it was click bait. Still appearing while I am PRAYING about it. Finally listened while doing laundry (my feed just auto-played). Walked backwards in my tracks with those folded towels and about dropped them. Grabbed my calculator and said--it can't be this simple. GAME CHANGER. Regardless of your beliefs--I truly believe the Lord was just waiting on ME to LISTEN so he could answer my prayers. Took me a minute to figure it out, but...paid my truck off, started a whole life policy, and now I'm buying a big rig to lease on to my company, to supplement my 6 figure income. My finances have taken off like a rocket! All with improving my time at home with my wife, being able to take her out more, when I'm home.❤
@ZedGirl I buying a Big Rig, and putting a driver in it, to haul for my company, that I already drive for. I will be an Owner/Operator, but with a driver, that works for me. In order to do that, I have to have a "lease agreement", with my company. Otherwise, I would have to have my own authority, and haul based on a contract, for a set price, which they would never do. With this arrangement, it a 70/30 split for the load. I get 70%...and the company gets 30%. The benefit is they can haul more loads, without the capital expense of buying more trucks. Hope that helps!
This works! I paid off $36k in 12 months using only a credit card as a line of credit. I'm also getting my ducks in a row to get a ploc and a mortgage so I can use the ploc to smash down the mortgage. No other option in Australia other than a mortgage to buy a house so when you gotta do what you gotta do to get a home then at least I'll be prepared to pay that down fast using velocity.

We thought we’d do a 1st lien HELOC, maybe next year as the numbers didn’t work just yet for our 15yr mort 3 yrs in at 2.25%. We always pay off our credit cards each month so no interest there and we utilize 12mo 0% deals all the time. We hope to be debt free in 6 yrs! Got lost around the 11 minute mark when he starts talking about transferring debt to 0% cards for 18 months. Unsure i see the connection between that and velocity banking. Can u do a video on that one subject alone? How do u keep track of all those cards, and do u switch to another 0% card after another 18 months? Wouldn't a heloc or ploc be better than credit shuffling? And if u have a bunch of cards, how do u determine how much of your paycheck you put into each card? Or are those cards just getting minimum payments until u free up enough space in your heloc to add them in? So many questions!! ❤❤❤
I've paid down $25,000 in 5 months and saved up $18,000 for a down payment on a home. I did increase my income, but I wouldn't have been able to do it without this method. I also did it with just credit cards!
I put all of the expenses on my credit card that I could, and I increased my income which gave me a much larger cash flow to work with. Now my expenses are much higher since buying my house and I've had a harder time paying down debt.

We had a 500.00 minimum amount we could disperse out so we deposited the paycheck into the heloc, left it there for a few days and then transferred out to our checking what we needed to pay bills. Anything extra just stayed there to keep the daily balance as low as we could.

Is this program for people who make a lot of money? I have a good credit over 700, but my salary is not high on the low amount. My debt went up because my AC was replaced $12K, and I had to use the cc for fixing major issues in my house.

I had my overdraft connected to our heloc directly. I of course have to move funds around when my auto payments go through because it comes out increments of 200. In our first month. Paid off 6500 is 3 weeks. 4500 from a personal loan and a couple credit cards . But at end of the month bills will be deducted so that helps draw balance will go back up to 5k.

Never get a loan of any kind that has a "demand" feature. It should be in your documents if it does. I have not heard of any loans having them in several years HOWEVER, that is just my personal experience. They may be out there!

We are considering selling our home to buy a bigger home should we be looking to do a first lien heloc as the “mortgage” or just open up a line of credit after we do a traditional home loan. Everything she’s saying is avoid traditional loans. 🤷♀️

I'm sure this has been asked, but why wouldn't you just want to throw your cash flow at your lowest debt and pay it off. Then attack the next lowest...etc. You cash flow steamrolls and you never pay the heloc interest.

Rather than a loan it would be ideal for you to get a line of credit like a heloc or a ploc to buy the truck. If it is not enough to pay the truck in full, still get the line before getting a truck loan. Then you can use the line to pay off the loan fast

I believe he is using acronyms and said 'PDT' like pit = which he is using the USAA CC as the Primary Debt Tool (aka PDT) where he would put ALL of his income into and not the checking account then he hooked/linked/connected his USAA CC (instead of the savings account) up to his USAA checking account as an overdraft protection.

It's an accounting software program you can run. It's not required but some people like a fluid word document that can auto-calculate. It's a bit pricey but it's just a personal preference for some.
That shit is basically debt consolidation, where you get a low interest loan to pay off all high interest debt, then you focus on paying back the low interest loan.
@sharronbush886 once you disburse from the line of credit, then it works just like a loan. The only difference is with a line of credit you are not charged interest UNTIL you use the funds.

I went to apply for a heloc and they said that a heloc is a loan. Options of 30 year or 15 year.
Try somewhere else if they won't give you a LINE of credit.

I'm sure this has been asked, but why wouldn't you just want to throw your cash flow at your lowest debt and pay it off. Then attack the next lowest...etc. You cash flow steamrolls and you never pay the heloc interest.

IM NOT in debt, but bout to buy a truck, do you have any advice on a good better best way in doing this? i actually have zero credit cards, no debt besides standard utilities, and i make 85k as a single dude living in a trailer that i own lol. my credit isnt bad either, but could use some work. ive tried searching ur videos but havent seen much for someone in my situation
Rather than a loan it would be ideal for you to get a line of credit like a heloc or a ploc to buy the truck. If it is not enough to pay the truck in full, still get the line before getting a truck loan. Then you can use the line to pay off the loan fast

The mention of the USAA CC to be used cut out and I couldn’t hear what it can be used for.
I believe he is using acronyms and said 'PDT' like pit = which he is using the USAA CC as the Primary Debt Tool (aka PDT) where he would put ALL of his income into and not the checking account then he hooked/linked/connected his USAA CC (instead of the savings account) up to his USAA checking account as an overdraft protection.

It's an accounting software program you can run. It's not required but some people like a fluid word document that can auto-calculate. It's a bit pricey but it's just a personal preference for some.

You don't. You keep enough in your checking account to pay the bills you can not pay with a cc/line of credit.

That shit is basically debt consolidation, where you get a low interest loan to pay off all high interest debt, then you focus on paying back the low interest loan.
Line of credit is NOT same as a loan!! Huge difference!
@sharronbush886 once you disburse from the line of credit, then it works just like a loan. The only difference is with a line of credit you are not charged interest UNTIL you use the funds.
