City of Phoenix: Commercial Recycling

The city's 2003 blue Condor / Wayne Royal GT knocking out one of the day's two commercial recycling. Phoenix cannot offer their services to businesses due to a long standing city code, but they do service city owned properties and non-profits including schools, churches, city housing, parks, libraries, etc.
Thanks to the drivers for allowing Lyon and I to follow for a large portion of their route.
