My house in Kansas, USA sits in the corner of a bean field...We grew soybeans there for more than 50 years...had to do some crop rotation...We planted grass around the edges for cows to eat...I put my house in the Northeast corner....
I have eaten tofu for 50+ years..
I get 7 pieces here...made in Siem Reap for $1.30.....cheapest source of protein by far...I fry it like you...But, I make shallot, garlic, corriander, pak choi, mushrooms, chiles...and mix it together...I like a Thai sweet chili sauce for dipping if I eat it your way..

Tofu is different from dried tofu. Tofu is very soft, but dried tofu is not very soft.

@@flyingmousefood 我認為是題材問題。很多飲食頻道都做過豆腐，你自己也做過。相信對中式飲食有興趣的人，多少也看過做豆腐，我在YT上至少看過10次以上。外國觀眾尤其對特別（稀有）/奇怪/大場面的食物有興趣，起碼我是這樣。豆腐就是平凡一點。
