Alfred and Nelson were built for the 60m & 100m.
Meanwhile, Abby Steiner out here looking like a young Allyson Felix with range from the 60m, 100m, 200m & 400m.
Favour Ofili is so young and will be a BEAST in the next 2-3 years.
If you look at the upper body frame of Alfred (age 21), Nelson (age 22) and Steiner (age 22) in comparison to Ofili (age 19) the difference is time in the weightroom due to their being older.
    Ofili…..oh she is coming.
I expect all 4 of these ladies to be in the 2024 Olympics.

What are you even saying lol, not everyone will have the same bodytype in track...even after years of training abby won't look much different than how she looks now; she is not a little girl waiting to start gym training, she has been in college for a while. Also you are talking about upper body when you should be talking about lower body in pataining to what someone is "built for." Still, I look at someone like sha'carri she doesnt have the lower body of nelson and alfred but she is still incredibly fast int he shorter sprints.

From an island (St. Lucia) with a population of 170K, what's the probability she could be the world's fastest in the women's 100m at some point??? Would seem very unlikely a few years ago but very likely (> 90% chance) if she progresses at the current rate. She's the youngest in the finals and a junior so her time will come.. The coaches need to recondition her for the races

If the race was -105 meters, Steiner would have won. But the winner was more
Explosive and that is hard to overcome in a sprint.

At a buffet, I personally sneak corn into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 boiled corn ears in my jacket pockets. It is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corn thinking they were part of the buffet.

Alfred is built like a tank. Her one thigh is twice the size of both of Abby's thighs together.
But her turnover is incredibly fast. As long as she maintains that muscle she'll have that power. Once that muscle turns into fat it's over...
