sir, if I am using a medical grade power supply that provides my Automated peritoneal dialysis machine (Class II) 24 Volts DC , then in table 6 , will I selected rated voltage of 240 volts AC or 24V DC. for dielectric testing.

and if my device is CLASS II machine, so no ground present in the ME, does the ground bound test is invalid for said machine?
