A piece of advice... if you don´t take apart all the suspension inner components, clean all, and re-mount all together clean and dry, there will be always a remaining of dirty contaminated oil inside (sometimes more than what you think). So if you just guide by oil quantity and add the 300ml the manual says... you probably will have 320-350ml of new oil mixed with the remains of dirty oil inside. You always have to guide by OIL LEVEL / AIR CHAMBER when filling oil in a fork. But the correct way always will be to dismantle all, clean, and add 100% new oil.
300ml per leg seemed a little too much for me, had to poor out a bit on each leg to get them to work well. maybe the airpocket got too small or too much oil prevented it from using the full travel. but thanks to you i did this mod and i'm happy (y)

hello I wonder why you disassembled everything to drain the oil....couldn't you drain it from underneath by removing only the front wheel and then loading oil from the cap above!?
hi I also live in SD and ride a Benelli TNT 135. I have a question regards to upgrading my brakes. would you know or does anyone here know will the original disk brake bolts work on the Galfer DF911W Discwave? Thanks
I did a little off roading and my right fork seals leaked out a bit of oil it stopped but it may be slightly low. How much harder is it to change the seals and are they just any 41 mm seals do you know? I may have to change my seals. Thanks for the video I'm just shy of 15,000 miles on mine. Still love the great MPG with $5.00/gal gas price.
Not sure how hard it is to change the seals, never really messed with suspension beyond changing oil and springs. I hope I get to 15k miles, your bike really is an example to show just how reliable these bikes can be!
@@hannesdobbelaere It's still leaking I try to clean lip with tool it stopped but after I road it the seal started leaking again could be dirt in the seal lip

if it leaked just one day, it's still fine and no need to replace the seal just yet.
