    Discussion Guide
    1) Praying together encourages the individuals
Both private and corporate prayers play important roles in our spiritual life. Do you tend to engage in one form of prayer more than the other, or do you value one above the other? Give reasons for your response.
Was there a time when you felt encouraged after praying together with your Life Group or a fellow believer? Share how that experience helped you in your walk with Christ.
    2) Praying together expands our perspectives
When we gather together to pray, hearing one another's prayer needs and points can help us to see a situation from different angles. Has that happened to you before? Share how praying with others changed the way you view an issue. Why do you think it is important to look beyond our own perspectives and consider others'?
What are some common reasons that hinder Christians from praying together? Does your group face such obstacles too? What can your Life Group do to remove these hindrances?
    3) Praying together fosters our unity
How does praying together help your Life Group to stay united? Why is it important to keep the unity?
On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate the vibrancy of prayer in your Life Group? Share why you give the rating. How can your Life Group pray more or pray differently about the areas of discipleship, outreach and care? How can you be involved?
Has the sermon corrected or changed your perspective on praying together? How? How can your Life Group cultivate a culture of praying together?
