I own one of these trucks. I like it very much. I am extremely happy with the purchase. Only issue is that it was sold to me with a 24 mph on both highway and streets. That is not correct, I get about 19 mph on streets. Still not bad, I get about 550 miles to a tank of gas. Overall, I really like this truck.
Battery packs usually last 10-20 years, assuming it happens right after warranty expires say year 11 current cost right now to replace is about 2800 for battery pack alone so about 4-7k depending on what shop you take it to. That's today cost, in 10 years cost will decrease significantly as there will be more available. I'd say honestly 3500-4,500 in say 11 years. Still worth it, as even 4 mpg better, for average miles driven, at around $4.00 a gallon should save about 5k within that time frame. Given there is a price increase up front, if you keep your vehicle longer then it offsets costs but you do get more power and over comfort too.

Just wonder after 8 years or 100k mileage, how much will cost to replace the battery?

@@luisrubiolr57 $2800 isn’t nearly as bad as I thought. It will probably be cheaper too by the time you actually need to replace it.
@@coachbeam3600 I definitely hope so.
The only thing I hate about the sport package is the redish accent in the interior.
Yea it threw me off at first too, but then I just overlooked it.
Nice ridiculous mark up.
Most dealerships have it, beyond my control.
