Good day Val ! The corn meal Portage looks delicious with the coconut milk. As a young child , my mom would make corn meal portage, at times it was lumpy . I would cry so hard that I don't want no lumpy , lumpy portage !🙏🙏

I remember porridge in the morning porridge in the evening and at supper time..most kids grow up on porridge morning till night..make dem healthy and strong

I love my cornmeal porridge. I use both sugar and condense milk in mine.
It looks yummy, you did great. The only thing different I do is add some rose water. Will be making some this weekend.
About how many minutes in total you cook the cornmeal porridge for?
If it's the refine cornmeal 15 to 20 minutes total or half an hour if it's the course type. Ok

No need for two types of milk but the condensed milk has a nice flavor, coconut milk is healthier if you on a budget one milk is fine,
