Karin Bohn is the founder and creative director behind the award-wining Vancouver-based design firm, House of Bohn (www.houseofbohn.com). Karin established the interior design firm over 10 years ago, and since has made her mark on the West-Coast Canadian design scene in many industries including high-end residential, multi-family, restaurants and retail. Hey Karin, I absolutely adored this space! I remember seeing this in it's beginning stages during your vlogs way back then. It goes to show that great things come to those who are patient, work hard and work smart. Steady and consistent progress. I love how you said in one of the recent vlogs that you look at how the client gets their ROI in their investment with HOB, as in you think about how the space will be used and how their customers/clients benefit from the space. Interior design goes a long way in making an impact to those who work there as well as those who come into the space. I definitely feel you are leaving the HOB mark in many places and your brand speaks strong :-) I look forward to seeing more of your projects upon completion - Great job Team!

That office space really is very thought through well. I really like the idea of having a reception infront of the lift. Do you build offices in Europe too?
A "holo deck" / VR room which can also be transfered to a little presentation or cinema room could be an idea for your next project; depending on the companies needs of cause.
I think an education / vocational training room also is indispensable nowerdays.
Also, you have to see this office campus called Esas Aeropark in Istanbul, Turkey, it's very nice. I worked there for a few weeks when I had a business trip there, it's also really nice and they have roof terrace there with the office building itself arround it.

OMG Karin!! This is such a great job. Perfectly balanced between seriousness and chill; the kitchen is contemporary but has really cool retro notes... Love the black framing throughout. Also great fun fabric on the lobby seating: plant based sofa 🤣😂🤣. Good job. Going Mood board for my offices of the future.

This is a fine example of classic modern design. With a strong Mid Century Modern vibe, and design furniture with evident presence of figures like Hans Wegner. Walnut, black steel, concrete, and bronzed metal are the choices for texture and material.
The video is very well constructed and you can see clearly how this project started and how it ends. Great.

Hi Karin, I love your channel, i watch you from Zimbabwe and you are always asking what we would like to see more of on your channel. And I really enjoy seeing the design process, like the sketches, the color palettes, how you actually draw the plans. Or even furniture shopping if you guys do that, like how do you pick certain pieces and arrange or stage a house. That aspect of the interior design world. Thanks again.
