Economy in Edelweiß is definitely much better than Economy in Swiss. Business class, I would say is a bout the same in Edelweiss and Swiss. My experience is that the cabin crew in Edelweiss is always very kind and friendly. I have had stressed or even almost rude cabin crew on one or the other Swiss flight.
