A day after the Army Chief Gen Bipin Rawat issued a warning to the soldiers who take to social media to air their grievances, a fresh video of a jawan highlighting the difficulties faced by the troops has surfaced. Issuing a warning, on Sunday Rawat said that soldiers who took to social media to air their grievances could be punished as their act was "akin to crime" and lowered the morale of those guarding the frontiers of the country.
