Boa luv might be the best kazuya player but that doesn't equate to the best execution. He often actually relies on very simple and effective combos with max wall carry. I think the community has a very warped perception on what execution heavy characters mean for the game for that matter had some dude trying to tell me framewhisperers chat block punishing 13 frame with electric was easy like it was using a flash punch combo, when I rarely even see the best players in the world consistently pull it off.

His mix ups are the simplest you can get along with his gameplay in general, that's why he has the disadvantage alot of the time.
