Recipe seems perfect. Will definitely try. Just 1 query, when we pour sugar syrup after baking, does kunafa gets soft due it? Bcz I have had it original, n it's vermicilli was crispy
I live in Saudi Arabia and have been making different middle eastern versions of kunafa , this is Nowhere close to the original recipe not even the cream and cheese filling
I totally agree. This recipe can be renamed as whatever the chef chooses to rename it as but it is not Kunefa. Firstly, Kunefa is always made from Kataifi, not vermicelli and secondly, cottage cheese is never used. The cheese within always has to be stringy cheese.
Did you add good quantity of butter in it? As butter is the key ingredient in the recipe to make it stick together, as it was added in the vermicelli plus on top before baking make sure you don't forget to follow that step☺️

I have cooked it as per ur receipie but my vermicilie has remained half cooked. Y this happen?
Sugar syrup might not be hot enough 😊
Dear after baking it remained half cooked. It taste like same as before baked.

Wrong Recepy original dish is totally different just mozrila chese put in centre not milk no cornflour I eat this dish lots of time
